My front bumper got partially pulled off by a lane divider in a parking lot. I called Metric to see if they had a spot open to bring it in quickly, but they were all full up for the week. However, they said they didn't want me driving the car if it was unsafe and told me to bring it in so they could at least look at it and patch it up temporarily until they had time to fully fix it.
I brought it in the next day and they were able to pop it off and reattach it correctly within an hour or two. On top of that, the price was great -- much much much lower than I expected!
