I ordered a lasagna that not only arrived nearly 2 HOURS later, but it also had a STAPLE clip in it (which my 7-year-old almost ate!). After many phone calls, both to the restaurant and to GH, Rosati's asked for the item back and said they'd replace it and refund it. I accepted the replacement (only because we were starving by then), had to wait ANOTHER 30-40 minutes for it, but was told the manager would have to investigate the matter further in order for me to get a refund. GH tried to do their best to resolve the situation right away, but I had to wait for the manager to contact me the next day, as she was not in. The "lady" manager suggested I could be trying to scam her for the order, which was only $16! So, not only they made us wait over 2 1/2 hours to eat, they first put my daughter's life in danger, then accused me of trying to steal. This was not - by far - my first order from Rosati's but it will certainly be the last!!!!!!
