My experience with Veterans Copiers has been like absolutely no other! COMPLETE JOKE! I am assuming they make their money with the initial $75 fee to pick up and analyse the printer. I gave them 2 printers. One to fix and the other to use for parts. Both were returned 2 weeks later, completely taken apart and NOT fixed. It is my understanding they could not figure out how to put them back together! When I contacted them to demand my $75 back, I was told to ""shut up and listen""! REALLY? I am completely shocked that this is actually still a working legit business being advertised on the internet. Better business bureau is my next stop. Mr.""Certified Veterans Copiers"" , you are a joke and should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off hard working people and their companies. You are USA veterans right? With the depth of scamming done, I am wondering if these gentleman really are vets or using that title as a sales pitch. Either way, DO NOT USE VETERANS COPIERS for any repairs. Your results will be disapointment.
