I love everyone at Gentle Dental Del Lago. The reason I chose this particular dental group in the first place was because of their name...the word Gentle was in their name; and that's exactly what I was looking for in a dentist or dental group. I needed a personable dentist and someone who could understand about how fearful a patient could be. I started with Gentle Dental because they understood my fears of needles and bad past experiences with dentists growing up. Every staff member in that office on Del Lago has been gentle, understanding, patient with me, communicative, and has given me discounts at times knowing that I am not loaded with money. I am known to have panic attacks when dental work is being done, and they worked with me to calm me down. All staff members have taken the time to listen to my problems I may have on any particular day I have an appointment with them and everyone in that office has had a smile for me.
