I would highly recommend that this place is avoided at all costs. The staff are rude and inconsiderate. Simple questions to the staff are either ignored or answered in a rude and condescending manner. \r
I went to visit a family member who had admitted himself for alcoholism. He had been there for about 2 and one half days. Upon my visit, I learned that he was being discharged. Naturally, he was nowhere close to being in a position to be discharged. He was a physical and mental wreck. When I ask for a doctor or a person in charge, I was told that there was nobody there that was in charge, but I could speak with his nurse. His nurse explained that he was being discharged because his vital signs were stable and that Arrowhead is a for profit company and Medicare only covered 3 days. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, you will avoid this place.
