My husband and I went in there and felt like right away we were welcome. They were very busy and had only one person working. We went on a tour with one of the office workers - Harbour Cay South (VERY VERY GROSS) was a small one bedroom apartment that seemed over priced for what it was. Smelled terrible and was not cleaned AT ALL. Then we went to see a model of the 2/2 and it was very well kept and nice on that side. The entire time there was really a lack of communication on what was available. They were never really sure what their inventory was on upcoming vacancies. We applied for a 2/2 come to find out there was none available. \r

Long story short one came up a few days later, they ran our credit, there was a discrepancy and the woman basically told us we were denied. I was shocked because we had nothing on our credit report. I quickly got proof for them and then they still wanted to charge us more even though there was nothing there. I called back to say we could not afford to pay more because of a false item on our credit report and we did not want the apartment. A MONTH later, they cashed all our checks and stated we didn't give them enough notice. Now they are basically making me prove that I spoke with someone in their office way back when.. just very unprofessional.\r

In my honest opinion I think they are taking peoples money (application fees and security deposits) and never intending on renting to them. This may be just my opinion, but that is what I got out of it. They are VERY unorganized and seem to be very understaffed and overwhelmed. I would say look around before going to them.
