I went to get a free eyebrow wax soon after they opened this location in Hyde Park (as part of their promo). The girl who did my brows hardly took anything off and I was disappointed but figured ""hey, it's a free brow wax"".\r

I made sure to ask for someone else when I returned a month later as a paying customer (turns out my first girl no longer worked there anyway). This girl took a big hunk of eyebrow off leaving an obvious bald spot. Never again will I return.\r

The front desk ladies were extremely unprofessional. They talked LOUDLY about their plans for the night, dropping the ""F-bomb"" more than once.
