I was able to book my appointment on line instead of calling, which meant I could do it at midnight. They responded with a phone call the next morning (a followup email would have been nice). They completed it quickly and on when they said they would.
I was a mechanic in a previous life, and I felt Carlos and the other technicians responded professional and competently.
Auto repairs are expensive, no matter where you take your car. These guys are no different, but I felt they gave me reasonable quality compared to other shops I have been to.
PS: Not sure if it makes a different, but I only take the old car here. I take the new cars to the dealers.
