I would not use East Bay Waterworks again. They changed the day they were originally supposed to come out. Disappointed but OK. They found a leak but not where I told them I was pretty sure we had one. They repaired the leak they found and then... low and behold they found another leak right where I told them it was. Oh just another $1450.00 to repair. Then then day after they finished Greg calls and says he needs a check. I am out of town, but OK I can get payment to you. Please send me an invoice for the work. My wife gets an email not an invoice. We ask for an invoice and Greg says we are ""overdue"" on payment for the leak detection. Overdue when we never got an invoice on that work was just done a week or two before. Ok, maybe he needs the money. We pay (two days after the work is completed) but ask about the fitting on the pool both he and the foreman promised to put on. NO response. Send a text message a few days later, No response. Sent an email, no response. Where was the fire for payment and why no response after several requests to complete work he promised. What if I need him back for a faulty repair. GO SOMEWWHERE ELSE FOR THIS SERVICE!
