This guy, Dean Atkins, does Horrible work. AND he Hires ILLEGAL Mexicans to do most of his work once you hire him. He is a litigious man. Has sued over 5 people. Watch out. His wife, Regina Crosby-Atkins, is part of his scheme too. Don't be fooled by her niceties. They both will stab you in the back! Hard! So I rate this title contractor laborer a fat F and big Zero! Do Not Use! You have been warned! Good luck in finding a great title contractor, they are out there but you won't find it in this person!
