Stopped by to pick up some jewelry that was to be serviced. Sign on the door said they opened at 10 am, so I showed up a few minutes early and waited at the door. The owner, Joe, came to the door at 10 am (according to my phone) to let in an employee. I started to walk in and he said they were not open yet. I showed him my phone and his response was ""we go by my watch"". I waited a few more minutes and left. Even if he does ""go by his watch"", the response was very rude. He could have been more cordial and polite. Anyway, last I checked our cel phones were pretty accurate, synced up with atomic clocks and all that business. Anyway, Joe left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.
