Editorial review from Citysearch 10/17/2013

Had this company ship some Cathedral Amethyst Geodes\r from the 2013 Tucson show. Not only did the shipment arrive\r a month after they said it would arrive. One was damaged and broken!!\r The piece that was broken, was NOT IN THE CRATE or DELIVERY TRUCK. It was COMPLETELY MISSING!!!!!!! Even the delivery driver said this was the WORST packaging/crating he had seen in his 20years of delivery!\r We had paid them good money to CRATE, SHIP and INSURE our Geodes. That we spent a week at the show specifically picking out! They DENIED our insurance claim. Because we supposedly did not call them about the damage within 24 hours of the delivery. We video taped the whole delivery and unpacking. Where we have exact PROOF of the GEODE ARRIVING DAMAGED on VIDEO!!!!!\r It is our opinion they broke the Geode before or while crating it! They knew they had broken the GEODE. Which is why it took them a MONTH to even leave there location! We spent the next 8 months trying to resolve this by putting in a claim on the INSURANCE we paid them for! NOT EVEN ONCE WOULD THE MANAGER (Greg Stringer) speak to us on the phone or return our calls. At least 20 times we attempted to contact him directly.\r They continually put us off on the phone and over emails. They made us spend hours and hours jumping through hoops to meet the requirements of being able to submit a damage claim. Supplying them with over 30 pages of documentation. Which they DENIED because they claim we did not call within 24 hours of the shipment arrival.\r THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE you will ever encounter. So if your looking to be TOTALLY SCREWED. Go for it! If you like dealing with people who will not OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKE. Then #$%$ out of an INSURANCE CLAIM you paid extra for. Then SHIP YOUR VALUABLES through these ROBBING SOBS!!!!!!!!!!!! more
