On Monday I had a dead battery at the end of my work day. I jump started the Mustang and drove to your dealership. Tom in service got me in right away and diagnosed the problem. The problem was fixed in a half hour. I would like to thank your service team, especially Tom from All Star Ford who is the best customer service represenative I have ever delt with in the 40 years I have owned Ford products. I manage 100 people at St. Peter Hospital and I would hire Tom in a heart beat. He is polite and really cares about how my car runs and its maintance. He goes out of his way to make a unpleasent circumstance into a good experience having the work done on my car. Thank you All Star Ford for putting such a great Service Team together.
