Over the years we've stayed here this visit showed the most improvement. Bottom line: if you're looking for a resort hotel for $71 you'll be disappointed. All you get here is a safe, clean, no frills room with (lately) everything working a short drive from Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. There's gas, groceries, restaurant, t-shirts, games, most everything you want within 100 yards of the hotel. Way better than camping!\r
