I agree this experience was not pleasant. If you are tempted to use the Groupon for two mani/pedi services ... DON'T! First off you must make an appointment, which isn't too bad except I couldn't get an appointment sooner than a week away. Secondly, I had been there for a mani/pedi the previous year and was told the Groupon was for New Customers only. After this disappoinment, I was also told by the rude receptioninst that they would not give services for the face value of the Groupon and you must get the refund from Groupon directly. Lastly, the groupon is for (2) mani/Pedi services but both must be used by the same person. While I was there, I overheard another customer complaining about that as well.\r

I can not tell you how disappointed I was, and I don't remember the mani/pedi being very good anyway. I imagine to get people to come in they have to use a groupon that sounds like a good deal but it is not worth it.
