The shopping at Family Abbey Carpet & Floor itself was not a problem. I had a few problems with the installation and haven't heard back from them about that yet. When I was in there shopping and looking for the flooring, Family Abbey's people were very helpful. They were always right there with me, answering any questions I had and making sure they didn't leave me wondering or waiting. My one complaint about the experience comes from a big knot near the doorway. We got vinyl flooring installed, which has to be very smooth. It looks like a glob of glue or something was left under that part. The installer had to have seen such a big knot, but we haven't heard back from him at all.
Other than that irritation, Family Abbey did a good job. I didn't have any personal issues with any of the people, either.
