Very thorough and easy to talk with does not waste time with a lot of bull gets right to the point. Treatments are way beyond what your regular doctor is able to do. Only problem I had was the insurance company holding stuff up and being a pain denying everything. If there was a way to get prior authorization for inpatient prior to coming to MHNI it would be a lot smoother and I would have been able to receive the full benefit of being here like I did in March of 2009. --Sheri G.
