Notice To all existing & Future Customers I been going to Fish and Chirps for over 30 years. Well I will not step another on foot in that store again or recommend it to anyone ever. I purchased several things from then one being a training collar. I got it home tried it on my son lab puppy. We got into a disagreement I left my house for class. Well my son took tags off of collar. I went to Fish and Chirps to exchanged it. I had both tags and the receipt to the training collar that had been removed. The clerk would not not give me credit on the collar because the tags had been removed. Even though I had them and they could easily been placed back on with tape. I admit I did raise my voice I had a right to I believe cause this was stupid and poor customer service. Soooo BEWARE IF YOU SHOP THIS PET STORE THEY HAVE VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....AND ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU.
