I had ordered a Trunk Deck lid for my 2011 Camaro SS and I wanted it in Yellow... I talked to parts man by the name of DJ an he told me that he had found one in their Warehouse that he could ship to me for $407.37. So I agreed an that's what he did. He also said it was a good one that had no dents or anything wrong with it. Well, when my husband received it he opened it up with the truck driver that delivered it standing right there looking at him, and it was a total mess. There was at least 5 dents on one side of it that he counted right off and three corners of the lid was bent (damaged). He said he couldn't believe how it was put together and sent to him. Like a bunch of Drunks had done it. And the Truck Driver standing there said he couldn't believe what he was seeing as well and didn't blame my husband for rejecting the package and returning it back to Rydell Chevy. I wasn't told there was going to be a bunch of damage done where I would have to have body work done to it.. DJ said there was nothing wrong with it. In fact he said there was very little flaws in it an you might not be able to see it at all. Well the ones that my husband could see were very noticeable for sure. Very Disappointed in what I was told in the first place. Then he told me he'd go look and see if he could find another one an call me the next morning and I didnt' receive a call the next morning. I had to call them back that afternoon and ask him what the deal was and finally got a hold of him and he said his daddy told him he'd just have to refund my money cause he didn't have anything. Well, Yes cause they knew they didnt' have anything to begin with. They thought they could get over on me I am thinking but they didn't. and they didnt' refund all of my money which I will be filing on that tomorrow with my credit card holder..as a dispute. Their not going to lie and then cheat me out of my money. I dont' owe them nothing. not even for a shipping cause their the ones that lied to me I didn't do the lying they did. they shouldn't have sent it if it was damaged that bad.. Their mistake not mine. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake.. I didnt' ask for a damaged product. I ask for a good one. I told DJ I didnt' want a damaged one on my vehicle. that would be stupid to put something damaged on a nice vehicle that doesn't have a scratch on it don't you think. I wouldn't recommend them at all. never do business with them again
