Pianoland you are bloody amazing! You fixed my piano problem immediately! I called Friday morning to schedule an appointment and a technician was sent over before the day ended. It suddenly went out of tune and I was unsure what I would be facing in terms of repair. It turned out there were a few strings that broke and you easily fixed it. Very good people you are!
