Do not use this company. I asked them to come open a drain to drain water out of a basement. They called and said they couldn't, as the drain was cemented shut, but charged me for a main stack cleaning. Which they were able to do miraculously with an invisible router, and in only 10 minutes. They also failed to mention that the water on the basement floor was sewage. Asked for my money back, after going through all the details, and the extremely rude receptionist hung up on me.\r

Got a REAL plumber out there, problem fixed, no one can believe that this Roto Rooter franchisee did anything on my property except rip me off. Beware.
