Agreeably, this is the most unprofessional, unorganized company I have had to deal with. They get you to sign a lease and it says how many months and what the payment is. I made an original payment of first and last. They did not send a payment book or discuss when payments are due. I signed a lease August 28 (I have the document with that date), she says it was the 29th. They called me on the 23 of September saying payment was late. The docs say it is due ""approximately"" 30 days after beginning of lease. The first and last was September and the last payment. She said I owed September on September 21st. She said we had a verbal agreement that the original payment was the last 2 payments on the account, not first and last. She said my payment was due the 21st and I now owed a $50 late fee. When I said it hadn't even been 30 days yet, she said it was approximately. I said 24 days is not approximately 30 days. She got very rude and stated it was and if I didn't have a payment to them, along with $50 and another payment by the 21st then she would keep rolling payments and continue charging $50 every month. There is no grace period, no payment due date in writing, nothing in writing stating what the first payment is for. Be VERY CAREFUL!! They are rude and very unprofessional.
