I hired Danscapes, a landscaping business, to mow my front and back lawn while I was away on deployment. I hired this company on the 19th of April 2013 and have had them mowing my lawn until I cancelled service with this company September 28th 2013. The service was fine up until September 2013. Apparently he hired a new supervisor for my area and this new person cut my lawn himself. This new employee did not cut my lawn the way it had been in the past. The services I received were not up to the standard that befits a professional lawn service. The services rendered by Danscapes Inc were so poor my homeowners association came and mowed my lawn, albeit poorly, and left me notices of complaint. I immediately contacted Danscapes to have them rectify the issue. Dan Hoard, owner of Danscapes, responded by allegedly calling the company who mowed my lawn for the HOA. This was an obvious lie because the owner of my community handles all the lawn mowing in the neighborhood himself. I expressed to Dan Hoard that I was dissatisfied with his customer service and his deceit. I cancelled services from him after he lied to me. He then tried to overcharge me upon cancellation. I went through my books and found that I owed him less than what he billed me for and expressed that I shouldn't be charged for the last month of service since his company failed to deliver the product I was paying for. Dan Hoard refused to forgive the final balance even though his company failed to deliver their advertised product. I spent man hours and phone calls from across the world attempting to resolve these issues only to be met with dishonesty.
