Not sure about others at Willingham but Jim Smith is a fraud. He has no integrity and is a flat out liar. I was in the market to lease a property from him and I submitted their required application and paid the fees. He told me I was approved and everything was great. Come to find out a week later that they wanted to change the original agreement. This was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will never work with Willingham again. Stay away! Liars and crooks!
