I am impressed with Dr. Li. At 5:30 she took as long as was needed to completely explain my unusual circumstance and results from my hearing test (free). She went into depth as to my options and provided concise solutions—quite different from Central Oregon ENT—they didn't contact me at all to go over the extensive results of their hearing test (@$200). Also her wonderful receptionist, Stephanie, was competent, concise, thorough & delightfully entertaining to my wife and I as well.
