I called in to have a taxi from this company bring to the Brenden theaters in Vacaville. I also asked for a cab to be outside the theaters to pick me up after the movie. I even told the cab driver bringing me to the theater on the way that I needed someone to be waiting outside and I would have a tip waiting for them if they showed up on time. \r

I stood outside the theaters after the movie for 35 minutes and not one cab showed up to pick me up. If it wasn't for the generosity of a gentlemen giving me a lift home, I would have had to walk all the way home half way across town in the middle of the dead night somehow. I'm extremely disappointed and angry in the service I was given by this cab company. I told the cab company I would not have a cell phone on me and that I needed a cab to be where I needed it at a certain time. My request was either completely ignored or was carelessly recorded. I don't think I will ever be using this cab company again after this experience.
