When my husband and I needed new flooring we went to all the local shops. \r
We were under the impression that we could get the best deal at Lowes or Home Depot. \r
We were surprised at just how wrong we were.\r
A friend recommended that we visit the Floor Store in Pittsburg.\r
Dan our salesman greeted us as we came through the door..\r
The appearance of the store was professional and very clean. \r
The selection of all different types flooring surprised us, these guys had everything. \r
After asking us a few questions and allowing us the time to look Dan showed us several styles and colors of hardwood.\r
He explained the difference between the different types and helped us select a few colors. \r
He allowed us to check out three of them and we took them home.. \r
After seeing them in our home we came to a decision. \r
When we went back to the Floor store we found that it was Dan's day off. \r
Kevin the Assistant Manager steped in and answered our questions. \r
He went to Dan's desk retrieved some notes and it was like were talking to Dan. \r
These guys make a great team and work very well together. \r
Kevin told us Dan would be back in the morning,\r
We thanked him and asked that Dan give us a call the next morning.\r
Much to out surprise Dan called at 9:00am..\r
This is not the case with some of the other stores we visited.\r
We set a time for Dan to come measure our home .\r
Again he was on time for our appointment.\r
He measured our home and presented us with a bid.\r
We asked if we could think about and would give him a call in the morning. \r
After he had left we knew were making the right decesion. \r
We set an appointment to sign the paperwork and proceed with our project.\r
Edwin the warehouse even gave our kids balloons,\r
God I love these guys.\r
The materials were in stock and after waiting a couple days for the transistions to come in our job was scheduled for installation.\r
Dan told us that either John or Tony the Installation Managers would call us and set up the installation. \r
\They did.\r
We were told the installation crew would be at our house between 8 and 10 am the next morning. \r
At 8:30 Andres and his crew arrived and went straight to work.\r
By the end of the day we had a beautiful new floor. \r
The installation was professional, they cleaned up after themselves.\r
We have since had new carpets and some tile installed in our home with the same results. \r
