Very excited to have had a Japanese restaurant available in my area, so I gave it a try.
The first word of the nice man from the restaurant "where is my tip?" Having a benefit of doubt, I gave him some.
I felt like some sushi, so gave the place another shot. Sure, the place is from a little far... $3 delivery fee maybe worth it. The another nice man from the restaurant timely delivered my food; his first word: where is my tip? Missing a couple pieces of my order, not taking the coupon enclosed in the first order (that's fine). The reason I use GH is because I don't feel like ordering over the phone. I am going back to my go-to Japanese place in my town now.
