I called Time Warner to cancel my contract because I had switched to Frontier to save money (uneremployed for two years...) and was told I had to give one month's notice! This is nowhere on the monthly billing statement and only the Lord knows where the original contract is since I have moved house since originally signing up. Yesterday I received a bill for over $400.00 up from $133.00 I was anticipating paying this month to close out the account. Unbelievable; I closed the account three weeks ago, have been away for two of these, and the balance has tripled. WATCH OUT!
