On 1-11-2013 we were experiencing problems with our heat pump. We were not getting any heat in the house. We had used A-1 previously so we gave them a call. They said they would send a repair man to the house by 1:00 pm. To our surprise they were here at 10:00 am. Bill Bohan was our technician. He was very professional. He explained to us what he was doing and why he was doing it. When he was done he made sure that the area was clean. He said if we experienced any further problems to call. We are very pleased once again with A-1. I will recommend A-1 to anyone.
