Don't shop here! Buy your hot tub elsewhere! We purchased a hot tub a few months ago from AJ Spas. They sold us a vita spa, and a major factor in the purchase of the spa was the fact that it had a good warranty. We had floodwaters hit our yard 2 months after getting the hot tub and our hot tub no longer works. We called AJ spa, they came out and told us that the spa warranty doesn't cover water damage (it's a spa, and kept outside - shouldn't it be able to get wet?) and that it will cost around $2000 to repair. It is not covered by our insurance either. We were told we needed a new circuit board, so we researched and found out that the spa they sold us was actually from a company that is out of business, and that there is no way to get in touch with the company that bought out the maker of our spa. I would avoid this company at all cost and give business to a reputable, honest company.
