The sales team at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda is good. The service is also good, but I'm a little less than satisfied with the parts department. I have called in to the parts department and they have abruptly told me that they don't have the parts or even told me that the parts don't exist, when I know otherwise.
That reminds me, the last time I was there for my 50,000 mile maintenance, I had an appointment and was there with my six-week-old infant for over three hours. The seat heaters were not working and I was told it was a fuse, which I was expecting. There were no surprises until after three-and-a-half hours had gone by, when they told me I needed to have my tires changed. They told me it would take an additional hour. It was something I did not appreciate because tire check is part of the maintenance and they should have noticed that the tires needed to be changed from the beginning. Being there for almost five hours when I had an appointment just made me feel like they were being disrespectful of my time.
My sales experience with them was very good though. They are very nice and very professional people. The service is fine, for the most part.
