Beware of the jewelry department. I was a loyal customer spending enough money in there to purchase a car, but when it was time to get my jewelry repaired it was a nightmare! First they hassled me about switching my insurance to the mediocre company they push on all their customers. I payed them to replace a small diamond and when I came in to pick it up they had switched my ring with another work order and handed me back a ring that wasn't mine! That's not even the half of it, in my engagement ring, they forced a larger diamond in the spot that was obviously too small for that diamond to go there thinking I wouldn't notice. Finally, after promising to repair it the following Saturday only after I called them out on there workmanship, it wasn't ready and they didn't even bother calling me. After patiently waiting two weeks, I finally got fed up and demanded them to send me my ring and refund my money. Their workmanship is horrible and the customer service is just as bad. It is a chaoti
