I have been with CrossFit Adventure since the beginning. Carolyn and Nathan have always had a sense of community. They come from a nutrition and coaching background, but what they offer feels more like a friendship. They are just concerned about your general well-being, whether you're eating and sleeping right or if you're staying stress-free. They give you a full package when you come in to do your workout.
They've attracted and continued to attract people who just form a community. From the minute you walk in, everyone introduces themselves and is supportive. The coaches are approachable and knowledgeable. There's no stigma or separation. It's like nothing I've ever experienced before, and I've been a part of lots of gyms.
One thing I really love is that the workout is different every day. You just show up and they tell you what the day's workout will be. You're always working with somebody, so there's always somebody pushing you to do better and vice versa. It's a facility that scales to your ability and supports you in everything you do there.
