We are publishers of paper and electronic products. We have several computers, 12 or 13, that need to be operating properly all the time. We have off-premise computers as well. We are mid size company, so our computer systems are a little complicated. We need experts that know what they're doing to help us. Onsite have developed a nice program, they monitor our computers 24/7 so they're always updating anything they need to. They have them secured with their virus programs too. Any time we have a problem we can talk to them online and check in right away on the fly. They've been such an important part of our business, we've been able to make important deadlines even after something goes wrong because of their help.
We have been doing business with them for almost 12 years now, which is part of the reason why I value them as a vendor so highly. My experience with them has been nothing but great. They have always helped us out of any pitch. I recommend them highly to anyone. If you're in business and you need a good IT group they are the people to do business with.
