The one time I took my wife's car in to get tinted, I told them I wanted the tint to match the original factory tint. When it was done it looked like two different colors, so I took it back in and got a darker tint to even it out. The quality was good, the colors just didn't match with the rest of the car. There was another small thing that happened when I went to get it retinted, the window had a small razor scratch on it, that wasn't there before. No one would take responsibility for it, either. I like working with them, but I will keep my eyes open for other shops.
