Wait time seemed long but I don't know how long is normal for exhaust system work. This is subjective I know. Friendly, workers had good rapport with each other and clients and seemed knowledgeable, price as explained beforehand, waiting room good with nice tile floor, impressed with clean and nice bathroom.
