Prepare to WAIT. Went w/husband to 3 appointments to see Tortora. Tortora didn't order any tests, just took some urine and said come back in 2 months. Did this twice, waited for over an hour to see doc each time. No solutions from him. Scheduled to see Unger hoping for better care. Waited 90 minutes first time but he at least ordered one test. Nothing definitive from the test results, returned for another appointment and waited over an hour. \r

They routinely make their patients wait for at least an hour before being seen. We even called after the first time to ask if the doctor was running on time and were told yes. Nurse said she was sorry but they book 8 patients/hour all day unless it's for surgery. \r
