I called 24/7 with my issues and the details were explained at that time. My issues were not addressed. My response to 24/7 was that I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had numerous oportunities with friends and club members that have been to my home, however, I will not tell anyone who did the system for me. That will not change. The person that recommended 24/7 is also not willing to use or recommend 24/7 due to the poor customer service I received.

There was no issue of poor customer service. All issues were addressed in regards to time on job, as well as discounts being provided. Client wanted to use her son to do work in order to eliminate labor charges. We are professionals who can only warranty work that we do. Any service provider will not work with client in conjunction with installation, hence why we are paid to do the job.
Customer discounts were applied, and all issues were addressed.
