Initially I called and talked to Aaron he was very nice and helpful. I
had called a couple other places and got bids and his was the best
from what I could tell. I went ahead and hired 24/7 they came and did the pre-wire all went good all though even though they took an hour long break to eat the food my wife made for the when the finished they handed me a bill that was for 2 hours more work then they bid. They didn't run into any problems so I didn't quite understand why I paid for them to eat and there mistake of thinking the job wouldn't take as long as it did. They came back and finished the job and all seemed to be great it looked good and sounded good originally. It has been a couple weeks now since finished and there are numerous problems the Apple TV doesn't and has never worked the rear speakers don't put out the sound they should so I am not sure if they are set up right and the wireless remote only works sparingly. I have a pretty inexpensive and basic system in my living room that cost much less than what I spent on this movie room and honestly the surround sounds are much better. To be fair I haven't called to let them know about my problems but on the flip side of that they haven't called to do any follow up with me either. It's seems to me now that they finished and have my money they don't care about the customer service even though I let them know I have some other things I want to do to my house. I plan on calling Monday to see if we can get this fixed if they handle the things I will write another review.
