The service for which I paid Leaf Credit Solutions was not produced. I believe that I got charged extra for the services not produced. The person I was in contact with left the office and changed the number. You don't give crucial information to someone to get that outcome.
RESPONSE FROM Leaf Credit Solutions:
This customer failed to call our customer support department and chose to communicate with his account representative on their cellular phone. When the representative changed their cellular number Mr. Cooke prematurely assumed that our company was no longer servicing his account.
When asked why he didn't call customer support as all other clients do,he simply stated that he always called the cell phone.
Leaf Credit Solutions hasn't charged this client for any services that they didn't receive.
This is the first time we have ever received a negative review. We would just accept the review if it was justified but it's not.
