We had a bad experience with another company, and had to have the carpet ripped out because it was of poor quality. We were very skeptical about using other companies, and had not used Quality Carpet & Flooring before. I had spoken with Dianne and she was very helpful. She called to make sure the scheduling was right and made sure we were ready to go. The people there, all of them, you couldn't find nicer people. We have two more rooms to do and will definitely call them again whenever we're ready for the rest of it.
