Poor furniture quality, extremely poor repair service. Our sofa recliner broke almost immediately after the warranty expired. I have been trying since November (now end of January) to get repaired. You must prepay everything, first service call, the part needed (which was wrong, had to be reordered) and the second service call which is more expensive than the first. YOU the customer must call, call & call to make sure everything happens. It is the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture and will never go back there.
