WORST EVER! Nearly 3 hours late! Once they arrived, their men ordered my daughters to get them ice before they even looked at the job. Abandoned us when they saw how much work it was going to be. Blamed us for being upset that they were nearly 3 hours late! RUDE! WORST, WORST, WORST!
