Do not rent from this company! They will tack on tons of extra fees and costs without telling you.\r \r I went to this car rental place because it was recommended by the dealership where my car was being serviced and it was convenient. I will never rent from this Enterprise or any other again, though. \r \r My car had a lot more wrong with it than we initially thought and I had to keep the rental car for an extra four days. I went in to the enterprise office to have the contract transferred to me instead of being through the dealership, which it was initially. I was told that this was because they could offer me a better rate. I told three different people at the office that I didn't need insurance coverage for the car because my insurance covers damage to rentals. At the end, I paid my bill with the understanding that I had taken care of everything, or so I thought. \r \r Apparently, Enterprise charged me only for the insurance and charged the dealership for the actual rental. I had to pay the dealership for the rental, so my total bill came out to $200 for a 5-day rental. If this had been the amount I agreed on, then it would be different, but I was quoted half that. more
