We recently moved to the area and needed a vet to care for our dog. She had been previously diagnosed with hip issues with the results being very obvious even to the untrained eye. We used this review page to make our decision.\r
The decision turned out poorly. Our pet was in the final stages when we brought her to Murrayhill hoping for a refill on her medication. The treatment plan was far in excess of a normal workup, included multiple tests and x-rays, to the tune of $900+. Every time we visited the vet for more meds the same scenario, more potential tests to define the obvious. If you consider your pet as a profit center as opposed to a family member this will work out fine. \r
Sadly the “final trip” came to pass. We had planned for this for some time. We were prepared as best as we could be. Simple wishes were expressed to the staff. Every detail was ignored. A very bad day was pushed to the worst.\r
Ultimately your pet will probably receive proper medical care. Be cautious of decisions based on greed vs. compassionate care. Beware of the clinics insensitivity. Keep reading and look elsewhere.\r
