I couldnt get pass the receptionist, even with insurance and endodonist telling me to see an oral surgeon.\r
I read his web site, telling how he dealt with facial pain, tooth pain, jaw pain etc etc. His receptionist gave me the third degree. I never had to argue for an appt before. I finally told the woman I would just go into Vanderbilt or Summit. \r
I canNOT recommend this office due to the fact the woman that answers the phone is not helpful or educated. I would think someone calling in pain and had been told to see an oral surgeon would be enough to make an appt. Let alone my insurance listed him as one I could see and I do not need a referral. \r
There are others in Lebanon. I think Susie Lin might be a very good choice.
