Plus one has been the best decision we have ever made for our son Chris. He has been at plus one since he was 8 years old and I have no worries about him being able to defend himself and it has done wonders for his self esteem and his confidence. There are EXTREMELY skilled and dedicated instructors at this school. The only ones I would entrust my only son too. They teach more than just martial arts they help prepare our young people for the world with lessons in humility and compassion among other great character traits. Parents if you want your children to have great self esteem and confidence do your self a favor and take a trip to Plus one defense systems. You too will say it was the best choice you have ever made. My son is 14 now and we will be at plus one for many more years to come. They also take hygene and cleanliness very seriously. so important for our students training.
