All I want to say is Thank You so much Tingey for being there when we needed you. The first time we called Tingey Plumbing and Heating was for a plugged up drain which connected our whole house. He asked if I wanted to sign up for the extended warranty and I said no, so there was only one thing a thirty day warranty I think, that was almost three years ago. It is still working. The next time I called we has a leak in the hot water line between the hot water heater and whole house again, we did get the extended warranty this time, the line broke again so we called Tingey and the owner came and fixed it again. That was almost three years ago, knock on wood, then the toilet in the master bathroom kept stopping up and over flowing, we called Tingey and this time the owner of the company came and replaced the toilet. He offered to fix the old one, but we had him replace it. It was after all over 35 years old at the time he cleaned out my bathroom sink for no extra charge. Then this last week we went to turn the heater up and it just kept getting colder and colder. We waited until a decent time 6:00 AM to call Tingey; they were at our house in less than 30 minutes. Had it fixed in less time than it took him to get to our home\r
Each and every time we have had Tingey Plumbing and Heating come to our home they are very professional and courteous always going the extra mile when it comes to great customer service.\r
