Literally THE worst ordering experience ever. AND WE ORDER A LOT OF FOOD. We called first to check the delivery time etc. Guy says 1/2 hr or less, he has no orders in. Ok great, we place the order online. 45-1hr go by, no food. We contact eat24, they get ahold of the restaurant, apparently our guy should be here any minute. He wasn't. 1/2 hour more, still no guy and we call ourselves. They can't find the order, put us on hold, hang up on us after 5 min. WTF. We contact eat24 again, our rep says … WTF, and gets ahold of them. Ok, NOW he's on his way and will be there any minute. He wasn't. We wait longer and eventually contact eat24 AGAIN. Now we're over 2 hours deep. Eat24 is trying to figure us out and they end up staying on the line with us while trying to contact the restaurant and EVENTUALLY, maybe 2.5hrs later, the driver arrives, but not with our whole order. The driver has to go back to the car for our orange juice, so that's another 10 minutes, and still not our whole order. Now we’re 2.5hrs deep, we don’t have our whole order, but the driver’s not coming back. Let’s make the best of it. Uh oh, our food is literally COLD and RUBBERIZED. Uh oh. They did not deliver a whole order of waffles. Uh oh, we asked for EXTRA EXTRA SYRUP on the phone AND in the online order and literally received NONE WHATSOEVER FOR THE only one order of waffles we did get. Extra egg ordered. DID NOT GET IT. HASHBROWNS like a cold brick. Remaining eggs like if you took the rubber part of a tennis ball, spit on it for moisture and then put it in the fridge for a while to cool em down. WHAT. A. JOKE. Cannot make this up.
HOWEVER, Eat24 was super legit. The rep helped out and saw the thing through till the end. They fixed our order and reimbursed for what was not delivered. Love Eat24, HATED THIS PATHETIC MESS RESTAURANT. OFFENSIVELY BAD EXECUTION.
